We’re looking for people,

We’re a cooperative society of bioscience engineers, designers and entrepreneurs. We’re also a network of creatives and people with highly specialized expertise.

We’re a young agency, looking to build a team of self-employed partners, who value horizontal hierarchy and shared commitment. We’re all driven by the social and environmental focus of our work. Transparency, autonomy and open communication are key to our success.

In practical terms, working with us can mean several things. If you want to occasionally pitch in your skills or expertise, you could apply to be a part of the network of freelancers and experts with whom we regularly collaborate. If you want to dedicate all of your work to the bio-based, circular economy, you can apply to join our core team.

Our new core team member

Is your gut screaming that upcycling and the bioeconomy are what you should be working on? We’re looking for someone who wants to join our core team. Ideally you have quite a bit of knowledge on the bioscience of food and biomaterials and are good at project management. What matters most is that you’re keen to execute industrial scale upcycling projects and that you want to be a part of our fast-growing story.
Cosmetics application expert

You know the ins and outs of cosmetics and skin care production and you have a keen interest in working with upcycled ingredients? Let’s co create cosmetic change.
Feed and petfood expert

Sustainable nourishment for animals and upcycling food by-products are amongst your areas of expertise, or you have an expertise in one of them and an interest in the other? We have occasional work for you.
Biomaterials expert

Could you talk for hours about the composition of biobased binders, biofillers and biofabricated materials? We need you for the occasional hour(s) of input.
Food law expert

Are GSFI, BRC, IFS and FFSC acronyms that ring bells for you? Let’s collaborate.
